Broken Parts Replacement
Customers can now request for spare parts to replace damaged parts of their puzzles up to 2 weeks after delivery! Cubistry will send you the parts of the cube which have broken for free, no strings attached. Please read the details below for more information.
Who is eligible for this service?
Everyone who has bought a cube from us in the past 2 weeks (from date of arrival of package to you). You may only request for parts of cubes purchased from us. This service is not available for the replacement of missing parts.
What parts can I replace?
You can replace most parts of the cube (eg. pieces, core, center caps). However, this is subject to the availability of the parts from the manufacturer. In some instances, parts may not be available if the puzzle purchased from us is an older model and is no longer being manufactured.
How do I request a replacement?
You can do so by dropping us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by messaging +65 98155400. Please cite the following in the email/message:
- Brand and model of cube (eg. Stickerless QiYi MS 3x3 M)
- Order number (eg. #1256)
- Image of broken part of cube (please take a close up of the part itself to minimise errors in identifying it)
- Specific details on the broken part (eg. There is a deep scratch in the red-yellow-blue corner piece)
- Optional: Video of cube/part for easier identification
Where will we send the part?
The part will be delivered to the same address as the one you used in the order (where the cube was delivered to).
How long will it take before I receive my part?
As we only source parts on demand from the manufacturer, we are unable to give an estimate for how long it will take for it to be delivered. Usually, it will take around 1-3 weeks before it can be sent out to you, we appreciate your patience and understanding while waiting for the replacement part.
What if I've had my cube for more than 2 weeks?
If you have had your cube for more than two weeks and would like a specific replacement part, do contact us separately to inquire about purchasing them. Please note that you will need to bear the cost of the part and shipping fees associated. In the near future, you will be able to order parts on our website as well.
My cube is intact but I need some help with it (adjusting/setting up/fixing small issues), what can I do?
