General
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy. In this instance, there may be a delay in the time taken to process and send out your order as we restock on all the products needed. We will then send all items at once to the provided delivery address once everything is in stock. If you would like to cancel or change an order after payment, please contact us at sales@cubistrystore.com with your query and order number within 24 hours of initial payment.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on location (local or international) and shipment courier, and for orders that do not meet the minimum order value required for free shipping ($45), a flat rate of $4 will be incurred (Qxpress). There is no shipping fee for orders containing only lubes/stickers/magnets/apparel shipped via SingPost untracked mail. If you have chosen to make payment via Ninja Van Cash on Delivery (COD), please see the section below. 

Shipping costs for international deliveries (sent via SingPost) are fixed for each region and are fixed for all orders regardless of shipment weight. Free international shipping is available for all orders above 250 Singapore dollars. 

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) - Singapore Customers ONLY

We are now offering Cash on Delivery (COD) on our website- no credit card needed! Simply make an order on Cubistry Store and we will ship your items out to you via Ninja Van's 3-5 day tracked service. When the parcel is delivered, pay via cash at your doorstep to receive your items! This service has a flat fee of $4.50 for orders under $45 and is free afterwards; for orders containing only lubes/magnets/stickers/apparel, the service has a flat fee of $0.50.

Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind
Cubistry does not accept returns due to change of mind, and all items that have been dispatched will not be refunded. If you would like to cancel or change an order after payment, please contact us at sales@cubistrystore.com with your query and order number. This must be done within 24 hours after initial payment. 

Warranty Returns
Cubistry does not have a warranty on its items, as all products dispatched to customers are sealed (the cube itself) and have come from our distributor. We trust that the products come in perfect sale condition and no product sold is faulty. We therefore do not have a warranty, as any fault is not due to mishandling and may be due to an error in manufacturing on the part of the producer. The producers themselves do not offer warranty on these products, especially if they were purchased indirectly.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically
Local shipments (Singapore) are in transit for 5-7 working days (SingPost normal mail), 1-3 working days (Qxpress) or 3-5 working days (Ninja Van), which excludes Sundays and public holidays. 

Transit time Internationally
Cubistry offers international shipping to Malaysia and Indonesia via SingPost. 

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order if all items ordered are in stock. However, if the item ordered is pre-order only, you will be contacted via email or SMS and be kept updated on the status of your items. There may be instances in which we will be unable to process orders, such as during public holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched. Please send your request to sales@cubistrystore.com.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, you may pre-order the item in the same manner as normal items. The items will take 7-10 days to arrive from our supplier, and dispatched once all remaining items have arrived. Other items in the order will be reserved while we await pre-order items. 

Parcels Damaged/Lost In Transit (Ninja Van/Qxpress)
If you find that your parcel was lost or damaged during transit, please inform us as soon as possible with your order number and images/videos of the item. We will assist you to the best of our abilities but a refund or replacement from the courier is not guaranteed depending on the results of their internal investigation. 

Parcels Damaged/Lost In Transit (SingPost Normal Mail)

Please note that parcels mailed via SingPost untracked mail (5-7 working days) are untracked and if it goes missing while in transit, Cubistry will not be liable. Nevertheless, we will contact SingPost to attempt to retrieve it but if it cannot be located there will be no replacement/compensation given. 

 

Self Collection

Self collections may be possible, subject to our availability. Please send an enquiry at sales@cubistrystore.com to request a self collection.
